Alexander Macioce
Alessandro Macioce was born on 13-12-1996 in Rome, specifically in Ponte Milvio, an area renowned for its many clubs and nightlife venues.
It was there that he began to take his first steps as a Bartender, a job that would accompany him at every stage of his life, from the first girlfriend he met behind the bar to his first move out of Italy for work.
To date after years of career has work experience in Milan, Mykonos, Gran Canaria, Formentera, Ibiza and many others.
It was in Formentera, a Spanish island that Helba knows very well, that he was won over by the intense taste of our Gin. Thus he immediately begins to use it both in the classic gin and tonic and as a mixing distillate for numerous cocktails.
Jonathan Bergamasco
Born in Vercelli, class of 88′. Jonathan Bergamasco has been a professional bartender for 15 years and a bar teacher.
Trained as a bartender between American bartender school and Campari Academy, he continues his experiences dividing his time between Competition for Bartender (reaching important finals with the best national and non-national brands) and working behind the bar in venues in Piedmont, Sardinia, Valle D’Aosta and Lombardy.
Since 2020 head bartender of Portico 4 café & Lounge bar in Vercelli, member of the Espolon tequila Italia team and collaborator of the Campari brand since 2023, in recent years always present in the list of candidates for the Bartender of the Year award for Bargiornale barawords.
Maximilian Virzi
Massimiliano Virzì, a Milanese entrepreneur born in 1989, embarked on his career in 2010 by starting work in cocktail bars and lounge restaurants. After nine years of experience in various venues between Milan, Lecco, and Monza and Brianza, he decided to realize his entrepreneurial vision by founding his own cocktail catering service, CocktailBay Event.
In 2022 he met Helba for the first time, and from there their paths have never been apart.
Mina Giaconi
Mina Giaconi, class of ’98, born in the province of Cremona.
She has been behind the bar for nine years, five in Milan. She worked at Cera Milano, which was one of the top50 bars in the world, then went on to work at Cera in Capri. He went on to the Nik’s&Co group, which was part of the 50best discovery bars and the top 500best bars. She later participated in the opening of Rumore Bar within the fashion quadrilateral. Meanwhile, she was responsible for the opening and cocktail list of Eterno Milano. She collaborated in the opening of the six exclusive bars of The Wilde, a private members club in Milan.
