The botanicals

All the botanicals used in this unique recipe are characteristic of the Mediterranean scrubland of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park and grow spontaneously on the Island of Elba.

Even the water we use springs from the heart of the Island, specifically in Poggio, on the slopes of Elba’s highest peak: Mount Capanne, with its altitude of over 1000 meters.

The Napoleone Spring offers one of the top 5 Italian waters and is excellent for distillation due to its low fixed residue.
