Tuscany Aperitivo

Helba Tuscany Aperitivo tells us the citrus and bitter notes of the Tuscan and Elban Mediterranean scrubland.
Born to be the perfect complement to our London Dry Gin in classic preparations such as the Negroni or the Americano, it is also perfect for giving a twist of flavor to the classic spritz or to be savored on its own with an ice cube at the end of a meal.

To the hints of myrtle already present in our gin, we add the spicy and aniseed notes of fennel and the balsamic notes of thyme. The citrus fruits embrace the other botanicals, imparting the necessary bitter tones: grapefruit, mandarin, and sweet orange. The final touch is given by linden, which imparts honeyed and floral notes.
Of course, all the botanicals used are found naturally in the vegetation of Elba Island.
