A cocktail born behind the counter of the legendary UglyBox in Formentera and rightfully included in the drink list of the place in the center of Es Pujols. A tribute to the Island of Elba directly from Formentera, the island symbol of freedom and summer carefreeness.
INGREDIENTS
Helba Gin 5 cl
Chamomile Liqueur 1.5 cl
Honey 1 cl
Lime Juice 1.5 cl
Foamer 4 drops
GARNISH: Dried Rose Petals
TECHNIQUE: Shacke&Double Strain
