A fresh, balanced drink that uses the aromatic notes of Sage to bond with the botanicals in our gin to create a drink that everyone will enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
50 ml Helba gin
25 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
15 ml egg white
6-7 sage leaves
GARNISH: sage leaf
TECHNIQUE: Shaken
