It has the scent of holidays and resembles a fresh and thirst-quenching drink. Mediterraneo is the cocktail created for ViviMilano behind the counter of the Rufus Cocktail Bar, a credit in the Milanese mixing scene.

Helba Gin 4cl
Passito from Pantelleria 2cl
Tamarind reduction 0.5cl
Liquid Sugar 2cl
Angostura 3 drops
1 sprig of rosemary
½ organic lemon squeezed
GARNISH: sprig of fresh myrtle
TECHNIQUE: Shacke&Double Strain
GLASS: Low thumbler
